Care for patients when it counts
As a Registered Nurse at VitalCare, you'll be the steady presence patients rely on from first assessment to final follow-up. You'll work alongside physicians, telehealth specialists, and coordinators in a clinic built around modern, connected care.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Wellness Avenue clinic in New York, with structured mentorship and a clear path toward senior clinical roles
What you'll do
Deliver high-quality patient care and clinical support across daily rounds
Monitor patient progress, vitals, and evolving health conditions
Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
Keep accurate, timely records in our digital health platform
Coordinate with physicians and specialists on care plans
Educate patients and families on recovery and ongoing wellness
What you'll bring
Active RN license (New York State) in good standing
2+ years of clinical nursing experience
BLS certification — ACLS is a plus
Comfort with digital charting and telehealth tools
Calm, empathetic communication under pressure
